Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
Include proof of purchase.

Delivery Charges

If you choose an upgraded or express delivery service and later return your order, the additional delivery charge will not be refunded.

Under the Consumer Rights Act, any refund will include the cost of the standard delivery option originally offered. Additional charges paid for premium or express delivery services are non-refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at sales@smartwatchstrap.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
