To be fair the strap is fine, although it doesn't look quite like the photos on the website.
The strap is quite small and only has one keeper for strap not two, see photo.
Make sure you engage the clip to the watch, mine needed a push.
All in all reasonable value for the money and useful for pool and other sporting pursuits.
